Wizard Platinum Service
It’s important to give your hot tub a service annually. Having a regular service will improve the lifespan of your hot tub, and keep it running efficiently and safely.
Over time it’s possible for the pipework and plumbing in your hot tub to get a build up of biofilm, harbouring viruses or bacteria. Your normal hot tub chemicals have difficulty breaking this film down. Regular servicing removes this bio-film ensuring a clean and safe hot tub. We will also safeguard your electrics against any potentially dangerous faults.
Our Platinum service package includes;
- Remove and chemically treat the filters
- Remove and clean headrest (if applicable)
- Full flush treatment
- Full drain down
- Removal of all residual water
- Clean jet internals
- Clean cabinet and panels
- Clean and spray cover with a protective UV spray
- Acrylic waterline cleaned
- Inspection of heater tube terminals
- All pump seals inspected for signs of leakage
- Rinse and refit filters
- All plumbing unions tightened
- Fresh spa water replenished (Customer will need to be present to turn the hose off once full)
- Water chemistry shock treatment
- All pump air locks removed
- Ozone function test
- Air controller function check
- All valves checked
- Water diverter function consistent check (If applicable)
- Complete Spa running function test
- Electrical component check of pumps, heater and blower
