Waterway 56f 4HP Viper Wet End (2.5 x 2.5)
Genuine direct replacement 56 frame Waterway Viper pump wet end with an internal 4hp rated impeller. The Viper pump is mainly used on Swim spas for swim against swim jets. It has a unique Waterway wet end that has large 2.5-inch plumbing union connections on both the inlet and outlet, (Thread OD – 93mm).
If you have a Waterway Viper pump then this wet end is the correct replacement as they have only ever made one type of wet end for this model of pump. Order with confidence
This complete Waterway wet end includes the following items:
- Impeller – 4hp
- Faceplate with 3 bleed screws
- Housing (Rear Volute)
- Ceramic mechanical shaft seal
- All associated internal O’ Rings
Pump Wet End Overview
- Wet End Rotation – All pump wet ends can be installed onto pump motors in three positions, 12 O’clock, 3 O’clock or 9 O’clock easily so that they can attach to your spas plumbing unions.
- Side Discharge – This means the inlet (suction) and outlet (Discharge) are offset from one another. When you look directly at the face of the wet end you will see that the outlet is positioned off to one side in comparison to the inlet and not directly in-line.
- Large Inlet & Outlet – This is a unique Waterway wet end that has the larger 2.5″ inlet and outlet.
- Fitment – Wet end is attached to an EMG motor by four small 5/16″ bolts. Sold separately.
- These 4hp 56 Frame Viper Waterway wet ends can be bolted onto any 56 frame motors used with Waterway pumps. Will fit motors made by brands such as EMG, EME, AO Smith, Franklin Electric, Century Laser, US Motors & Emerson. Does NOT fit Chinese manufactured motors from WP500-II LX pumps.
