Credit is provided subject to status and we can only consider your application if:

• You are over 18 and employed at least 16 hours per week
• You have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies
• You are a permanent UK resident and able to supply a UK address history for the last 3 years
• Applications from students (unless employed at least 16 hours per week), unemployed and single house persons will not be considered.

Applications also welcome from retired individuals, in receipt of a private or company pension (aged 50 or over at date of application).

Meeting the criteria does not guarantee acceptance.

Goods can only be delivered to your home address. If your application is accepted, the deposit must be paid by credit or debit card.

Monthly repayments will be taken by direct debit. Your finance agreement starts when you receive your goods. You don’t start repaying your loan until a month after you have received your order.

Factors that could result in your application being declined include miss-typed information or not meeting the specified requirements. Please note that other conditions may apply, and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

If your application isn’t successful, you can still purchase the item in full via PayPal or with a valid credit or debit card.
If your application is declined, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:
– You do not meet the eligibility criteria;
– Adverse credit reference agency information;
– Your credit score;
– You are considered to be over-committed financially;
– Your existing account performance with other lenders.

If you wish to appeal the decision made by Klarna Bank AB (publ), it’s advised you obtain an up-to-date copy of your credit report before appealing directly to Klarna Bank AB (publ).

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind about the purchase. If you wish to keep the goods but cancel the finance, all you must do is contact Wizard Whirlpools Ltd and pay for the order via an alternative means (i.e. a credit card). Wizard Whirlpools Ltd. will then cancel your credit agreement.

If you miss a payment you will incur extra charges, your credit record may be affected, and you may find it harder to borrow again through us or another source. We may also take legal action against you and may apply for a charging order over your home.
